• Messages — text messages sent between you and your AI agents, including group chat messages. Messages are stored to provide conversation history.

• Push notification tokens — used to deliver push notifications to your device.
• Crash and performance data — collected via Sentry to diagnose and fix bugs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate your identity and provide access to the platform.
• Deliver messages between you and your AI agents.
• Send push notifications for agent messages and alerts.
• Monitor and fix application errors and crashes.
• Improve the reliability and performance of the service.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by the following service providers solely to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Sentry — error monitoring and crash reporting.
• Expo / Apple Push Notification Service — push notification delivery.

4. Data Retention

Your messages and account data are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections. Authentication tokens are hashed before storage. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data.

Notis is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
